As Director of Lake Forest Corporate Education [LFCE] of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Susan Vece works with client companies to assess their needs for corporate education, then facilitates the design and presentation of programs and services to bridge the gap between their needs and current performance.
Susan has more than 15 years of experience in developing corporate education programs and providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Her client list includes Ace Hardware, Abbott Laboratories, Allstate, Brunswick, Home Depot, Hospira, TAP Pharmaceutical Products, and Walgreens.
Susan has developed and delivered programs in Leadership and Management Development, Optimizing Customer Partnerships, Buying Into Ownership, Negotiation Skills, Project Management, Value Chain Identification, and Inventory Management. She is a proven leader in ROI analysis for training programs and a subject matter expert in negotiation skills, communication skills, and the creation of customized case studies.
Susan earned her M.S. in Organization Development from the Center for Organization Development at Loyola University Chicago, and her Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
