Liz Kestler is a seasoned business executive with sales and product development experience for not-for-profit, education, and corporate clients.
Prior to joining Lake Forest Corporate Education [LFCE], Liz's business development work spanned sports, entertainment, lobbying, and finance sectors working for companies such as KemperSports, Discovery Channel, US Chamber of Commerce, and GE Capital.
At KemperSports – a Chicago-based golf course development and management firm – Liz led new business development and prospecting for management contracts with public agencies, real estate developers, land owners, and financial institutions.
Prior to KemperSports, Liz worked in the Bethesda, MD office of Discovery Communications [parent company of Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, TLC, Trading Spaces, and the Crocodile Hunter] where she licensed programs to be used in retail and education markets for video, music, books, and toys.
Liz holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and a BA from the University of Illinois in Political Science with a minor in Economics. She is a member of HRMAC-Chicago.
