Kathy Leck is a proven leader in administrative management at local and corporate levels with expertise in management of merger and acquisitions, change, and administration of and design and delivery of education solutions. She is an accomplished team builder and public speaker. Kathy is also a mentor in Menttium 100, the nation’s first comprehensive cross-company executive mentoring program.
With over 30 years in management and consulting, Kathy has held a variety of executive and consulting positions. Currently, as Executive Vice President of Lake Forest Corporate Education [LFCE] at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, she is responsible for the formulating and administration of the LFCE strategic direction.
Kathy was formerly CEO of a $9 million revenue home care agency, responsible for overall strategic direction, supervision of 300 staff, and sale and merger of company.
Previously Kathy was a private management consultant with a full range of clients in health care, social services and education. She also served on an executive self-directed work team for two years to reconstruct an organization with independent functions, multiple departments, and 76 locations into a full continuum delivery system of health care.
Prior to this, Kathy was senior corporate clinical and training officer for the then-largest behavioral health care company in the country.
A lifelong learner, Kathy earned her certification as a corporate coach at Corporate Coach U.
Kathy earned her from M.S. from National College of Education and a B.A. from Northeastern University.
