LFCE, a strategic business unit of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, seeks two dynamic, engaging sales and account professional to join their fast-paced team.
The LFCE group, a division of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, creates and delivers award-winning workshops and certificate programs on business leadership competencies tailored to the client’s needs.
Since 1990, the LFCE team has helped Fortune 1000 companies and numerous small and mid-sized firms accelerate and improve their business results.
Responsibilities include:
• Prospect, sell, develop, maintain, and grow profitable Lake Forest Corporate Education business
• Partner with clients to understand their unique business challenges, goals, and organizational cultures
• In collaboration with the client and leveraging the expertise of the faculty, responsible for the overall design and delivery of a measurably effective educational program
• Recruit, match, and recommend business-leader faculty for each client engagement
• Work closely with faculty to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
• Develop and nurture new business and relationships within assigned accounts and/or territory to meet revenue goals
• Create short and long-term strategies for business improvement to proactively manage account growth of existing clients
• Build long-term relationships that can be leveraged across enterprise
Qualifications:
• Preferred candidate will have experience in sales of educational programs and strong account management skills
• Minimum 5 - 7 years experience required, ideally in corporate environment
• Proven track record in business-to-business sales highly desirable
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; background in Organization Development a plus
• Outstanding communication skills (presentation, oral, and written) and analytical skills required
• Must be self-motivated, an effective problem solver, and skilled with technology
• Experience with curriculum design and/or e-learning a plus
• Effective project management and multi-tasking skills needed
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong customer intimacy skills essential
